Her professional journey began in the sciences, where she spent three years as a lab technician after graduating from Bloomfield College with a degree in Chemistry, specializing in Biochemistry. Her analytical background provided a solid foundation for her transition into the dynamic business world.

With one year and four months in the industry, Felicia has found her passion in the fast-paced environment. She values both structured opportunities for growth and the chance to make an impact. Her short-term goal is to lead a thriving office, mentoring others to achieve the same success she has found. In the long term, Felicia aspires to oversee a robust organization, consulting and guiding teams toward sustained excellence.

Jackson was originally born in South Korea and moved to Rockville, Maryland in his earlier years. His passion for technology and building computers led him to study Civil Engineering & Operations Management at Drexel University in Philadelphia. He's excited about the advancement opportunities that stem from the demands of our rapidly growing telecom clients. He hopes to move into a leadership role in our business to help others achieve their career goals. One of his favorite parts of the business is the personal development that I have experienced and gained. His short-term goal is to be promoted to ownership by next spring.
